there are a lot of things you can do to fix this problem. You can budget your money... only allowing you a certain ammount of cash in pocket for a particular length of time. You can go the all cash route... and if you need to make electronic payments... get those little disposable debit cards...

I agree and I think we all should download all the music we want for free without geting arrested. But I heard that they are setting up a site were you can buy all the songs you want for a dollar apiece. Which is still kinda stupid but at least there's a legal alternative.
