That'll be the day and Stardust

They were great films, I remember them very well. Probably the first films about music/rebellion I saw, thinking about it. David Essex was yummy in them. ;) Not sure I'd want to see them again, watching them as a world weary adult just won't be the same. :( *Feels old*

Films spoiled by poor American accents

Meryl Streep's accent in Out of Africa is a great example - truly awful. In fact I find it distracting to see almost any actor* doing a different accent. I realise that it's part of what acting is all about, but I find myself waiting for slip-ups. It can really stop you believing in the...

Forgot my Waffles Password (or maybe username)?

Yay, I'm a true pro of my generation! Googled "password manager" when I felt storing my trackers' login data in a text file wasn't secure nor comfortable. KeePass was among the first results. Installed it, created my current database, and never bothered with any other similar programs.

    Final Destination!

Sick puppy. ;) They are both good films, but the first was excellent. Terrific premise, and a film with good young actors, instead of the usual half-assed 'American Pie' brigade.* * I'm aware of Stifler's presence, I'm talking about the teen comedy/drama fodder tripe actors, i.e. Biggs, the...

    Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps

I am so going to see this at the cinema. I loved the first film with Charlie Sheen, brilliant. Think i might watch it again to refresh my memory of the storyline. But yeah, the sequel looks pretty good actually, as far as sequels go. Let's hope it was worth the wait. :)

    Marley & Me

Nope, definitely not seeing this film now after the comments on this thread. My Dog Skip was bad enough :( These kinda films makes me think things I'd rather not think about with my little doggie!
