    thire was this man ( believed to be german ) in the mid 40's (hair slicked back) in a black tucks walking down a german staircase singing: la la la la la ha ha fa la la la na ha haa .... wha ha ha ha tral la ha ha haaa ..... so on . it can be found on youtube!
