    Security guard training requirements in CA?

    I have been doing some reading and what i got is that: 1. 8hrs for Guard card 2. 16hrs additional training within 30 days of GC 3. Another 16 hrs within first 6 months. After i get my GC what if i don't/can't get a job in 30 days, do i still need to complete step 2? A 'working' security guard...

    Photos from my cammera will not download, say it needs to be formated?

    When I had windows xp I had no problems loading photos from my sd card to my comp. Now that I have windows 7 when I try to load photos I get the message "this disc must be formated". What can I do to fix this. If I choose format it will erase all my photos right? Any help would be great. thanx
