can anybody tell me if the chevy corvette seats can roll back like for tall people cause im 6'1 and i was thinking of getting a 08 corvette but i don't know if its the right car for me please

i tried to start it and a message appears may not restart anti theft system so i waited 3 minutes and like the manual said but it still didnt work so im thinking it the key resistor pellet what could it be.
