    I would like to know if I can replace the shift solenoid in 1996 Ford explorer

    XLT myself? I already had mechanic check code on car because check engine light was on and it pulled up code p0761( I also had codep0401 EGR valve, which I replaced myself yesterday) is part easy to replace at a reasonable cost?
