boss hog that's old information. You can see their prediction it would close 4Q2009. They since predicted 1Q2010. Now, to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a 3Q2010 closure... if it closes at all. This is a LONG time for an incredibly simple and should-be-obvious-rubber-stamped...
