    Pulling an allnighter to change my sleeping pattern?

    So for the whole summer ive been going to bed at around 4am and waking up at 1pm, and i start school monday! i must change this pattern, so should i pull an all nighter today and therefore be really tired tomorrow night at an early time? Or is this bad?
