Actually, this is 100% legal as long as you don't make profit from it. Edit for clarification: Sampling is legal as long as the original source is creditted and royalties are paid for. If there is zero profit made there is no royalty to pay for.

I think it's kinda whack. People only can have opinions of music, it doesn't mean they are the right opinions. It's about people that relate to your musical interest.
