Our first pilot was funny. At least he was trying to be. But when we landed it felt like the fricking plane was going to fall apart. And the staff wasn't nice at all. I'm sticking with northwest or delta or anyone else from now on. I wrote the airline an e-mail today, we'll see what they write back.

Minerva seems to be greatful for what she did and he learned some lessons as well. Though no one wants to have to learn lessons that way, he knows better now. He owes her one as well ;)
