Do you agree with Spielberg about special effects?

Not wanting to derail this thread with the usual SW debate but I simply don't understand this argument. SW only exists because of GL. There would not have been any prequels without his 'involvement' and there will never be any more true SW films i.e. the fabled Eps 7-9. Apart from the fact they...

    Devil

Yes, it was very unpredictable. I thought it was going to be someone else, not who it was (the devil). I went to see it today. Personally, I thought it was too short. The effects were really good and on the money, I kept jumping at the slightest BANG, even though I'm 18 heheh. (not saying you...

Watchman Direc Cut on PAL PS3?

I found it just as the poster above you managed to aswell Not on Bluray they dont. The running times are exactly the same as there is no PAL/NTSC difference on Bluray. Thats how Warner can use the same discs worldwide and just change the labelling. Who relies on running times on boxes...

Believers: How can we accurately assess God's moral character? We just accept His rules

without scrutiny...? In fact, most Christians use God's law as the basis of, and justification for, their ethical code. But just because God is all-knowing and all-powerful, does that necessarily mean that He's an ethical and benevolent being? What if God is everything that Christians think He...

    Illegally downloading movies

I remember a report a while ago that said that most people who downloaded movies wouldn't have gone to the cinema to see the film anyway, so it wasn't really affecting the industry as much as is commonly believed. And DVD sales are as strong as ever :)

There basically the same, I've used before debian and ubuntu server. Didn't notice any difference except the package lifetime. (Some of their packages in Lenny's repo are two years old) Basically only real difference is ubuntu gets packages faster and debian well for LAMP stuff you're best off...
