    I don't hear anyone saying that they are doing badly, but I don't see any sign that there is anything really getting better.

    Aside from 'Due Process of Law' can you think of any Reason they shouldn't

    execute Jared Lee Loughner now? I read about the kinds of things he said and none of it makes any sense. He meets Giffords and the only idea his mind can formulate is 'I'll go kill her'. If a person is that messed up why should they pose a danger to people around them any longer?
