    Is it possible to major in poetry? It is possible to have a job as a poet?

    From what I've researched, it would be hard to find a poetry major, but you can major in creative writing, which usually has concentrations in poetry. As for careers....teaching? I'm not quite sure...it seems to me like that would pretty much be it.
