    1990 chevy caprice no lights?

    ok my lights just stopped working, the interior light don't come on either. Brake lights, turn signals, and emergency lights work. changes the light switch, check the fuses and they are all good. also the power locks don't work, does anyone know what it could be? high and low don't work The back...
