Not at all. Non Jews work in the back of kitchens ALL THE TIME and for caterers. A Jew just needs to turn on the oven and watch to make sure she does everything the Kosher way (i.e. not mixing milk and meat...) Edit: to clarify. She can turn on the ovens if you don't care about Bishul Yisroel...
