i have just bought a beautiful betta fish and he seems very happy with his little setup (5.5 liters) and i would like to get a heater because it can get quite cold in my room. there is the hydor mini but it seems like it would raise the temp of this tank too high. is there any other miniature...

start anyway. it will help you be more active and in turn lose weight. dont worry about the others they were where you would be if you started a few years ago. the dont assume everyone will start at the same time.
