    Is it possible to get an anime-like quality for a Flash Animation on Newgrounds?

    I know that some people are gonna say "Well, your gonna have to do a lot of frames, and you gotta be good at drawing", but I wanted to know if it's achievable to make a Flash Animation with the same quality as an Anime. Movements and all.
