    when i try to call on my samsung sgh-A177 it says not allowed?

    today my phone started acting up it has full service but it has this phone icon with red slash through it and it wont let me make any calls or receive. when i try to call from phone it says not allowed. what do i need to do someone please help i dont have a landline and its my only phone.
