When I take a picture, the quality is just outstanding on the camera. But, when I upload my pictures to my computer and view my image. It's quality is low as 10.0. What can I do to fix this?

I tried turning it off and take out everything, (batteries/sim card) & put it back in and turn it on again. But, I guess it won't work. Whenever I take a picture, the screen is black and the pic turns full green. The screen is green when it takes a shot! -__- help me?
