Recently I received the froyo update on my droid and I. Seemed to lose the functionality to upload videos and photos just taken to facebook(ones not just taken as well) is there a way to fix this?

ive heard that if i have already an account on verizonwireless.com that backup assisstance is free of charge on my phone(lg chocolate) is this true? and if so why?
