    Is it safe for me to start exercising this much if i'm out of shape?

    I am not very in shape right now, is it safe (like for my body) to start exercising this much once a day or do i like have to build up to it or something? Here's what i will do once a day: Cardio-30 min or 60 min (depending on how hardcore i feel that day) Push ups -20 Run in place-30 secs...
