I'm going on a week long camping trip and I need to know what to eat for breakfast!! I am a vegetarian and I need something that is fairly easy, but tastes good. I don't want to be eating granola bars each morning, and veggie burgers for breakfast just doesn't sound that great.
It will be my first time riding a bike to actually work out. It's been a long time since I've had a bike. Does anyone know a good distance to bike for my first time? I don't want to over-due it. I'm in decent shape, about 120pds. I don't smoke so my lungs are clear. Any suggestions?
