    I'm building a custom bike but don't want to register it as a custom?

    I don't wanna g through all the issues you normally do with registering a custom bike in New York state. Does anyone know where I can buy a title from? I looked all over craigslist and eBay for titles but have had no luck, even with part bikes. So if anyone has any suggestions let me know, thanks.
