    How long to cook a 7 lb bone-in boston butt roast?

    Looking for help on cooking this 7 lb bone-in boston butt roast. How long and at what temp to get falling-apart tenderness? What are good spice options? Or recipes? Would like to add carrots, potatoes and onions at some point. Any help is VERY appreciated!!! :)
