I need to take photos of bathrooms and small areas so i think i need a wide angle lens or something like that, would like to spend no more than $400.00 australian dollars. can anyone advice me please

what best phone plan to be on if i talk for approx 30 min a day seven days a week + be able to check voice mail + plus i would like to view and send emails from my new phone that will come with this plan (i would like an IPhone) can some one advise me please (i live in sydney nsw australia)
