    Not the bottom bracket. Could be a loose chain but you will notice the scratching of the chain as it goes over the teeth. Or it could be a loose sprocket, this will not make much noise.

    It does, but is not the hard work but the long work that matters. The bulky muscles build with high intensity like those of sprinters will not help with endurance and soccer. Ride for 1 hour at a time spinning at 70-90 rpm.
