i really want to join a gym but i'm just embarrassed to go. And i know when you sign up for a membership they work out a program for you with a trainer. what's it like to join a gym and has anyone found this embarrassing or is it worth it? thanks :)

Hey, im writing an article for the school paper on how the local council has put out a Cat Curfew and i cant think of any headlines, i would like it have have a pun or alliteration or something funny catchy whatever cos its not exactly a serious piece.... thankx
