    I just got ceramic braces on and they hurt like hell. Help!!?

    I just got them on yesterday and i cant even breath through my mouth bc they hurt so bad. How long is this going to last?!???!?!?also, will it hurt like this every single time that ill get them tightened?? Thnx!
