I have a lamp server set up on one of my laptops, how can I edit or at least display the page through my other laptop?

I drive an 04 VW Jetta 2.0L, and sometimes when i pull out from first gear it makes a weird grinding noise, as soon as the clutch is out then it stops. I first noticed it when i forgot to shift into first at a stop sign and pulled out in 2nd gear. I had done this before but it never made this...

So what i want to know is how do i use html? I know in c++ i use the compiler to compile the code and make a program that i can then run. I know for html i need an editor, but what do i do after that? What else do i need to know? As you can tell im a complete beginner so any info is helpful.

what do i need to do to jailbreak it or unlock it? can i do this myself if i have windows? whats the difference between jailbreaking and unlocking? what OS does the phone need in order to do this? thank you in advance.

My friends brother is a computer programmer and she says that he can hack into the person you are chatting with computer and see what is on their screen. Is this possible? No see i know what that is, but he said he could do it without the other persons permission
