Hi, i own a retail store in Florida, not open yet , I know i need licenses to sell but i also want to buy and trade electronics and tools from costumers , Do i need Additional licenses to trade and buy ? NOTE: I'm not trying to open a pawn shop ( is too much money )

Can i buy and trade tools and electronics from my costumers at my store? Note: i wont be doing loans (Only sell,buy and trade) Thanks for your Response........
