    Verizon Bill Question please help?

    i just recieved my Verizon bill and its charging me 5.50 because i used alot of Megabytes i would like to know how do i use up megabytes what are they used for and how can i reduce the use of megabytes.. also if i buy a sd card can this help meout from the use of megabytes?
