I have a blackberry bold 9700, and all of a sudden it wont charge. I've tried both the usb and the wall charger. I've only had this phone for 5 months. I can feel it, and the inside where you charge it feels loose. What should i do?

It doesn't give me the option of showing me only the sent messages but also the received put together. How am i supposed to keep track? i only have 2500 texts.

So.. I've never had a pre-paid phone and I have some questions about it. I want to go with TELUS.. I know this sounds stupid but I have NOOO IDEA how prepaid phones work.. Ive seen those card thingies at best buy and such that are $100, $50, $20, and $10.. it's 30 cents a minute for TELUS...
