Nope, it's not, because there's currently no 'kinetic' to it...i.e. when you take your finger off the screen during a swipe it stops dead. Kinetic means that a 'finger flick' with set it rolling and the screen will then 'coast' a bit before settling at a new spot on the virtual landscape.

people should be cautious with buying an extended battery, when i got an extended life battery for my at&t tilt it showed no increase in battery life because the battery guage wouldnt recalibrate for the bigger battery so you would never get an accurate reading and the phone would still shut off...
