My thighs are in a pathetic state, I can't even do plunges. I just tried and on my third one, I fell backwards. My thigh couldn't even hold me up.
I really want to beat this problem and have strong thighs. I've found some great exercises but I don't know how often I should do the workout each...
I need strong legs as fast as possible, I will be working hard to get them.
With a full leg workout, 3 times a week how long do you think it will take for results?
