when i press search then connect after about 10 seconds it says "disconnected" what do i do???? thnxx

when i try to plug it in it wont go all the way in, but it does work but only one side works, i've also tryed it with different earphones but its still the same. should i try try 2 push it in or just leave it ???? p.s i got it 2day
