Left handed meaning can you have the hi hat pad on the right side of the kit instead of the left side. Thanks.

I'm a beginning drummer and I asked another question about what kit to buy so now I'm looking into this one and another question came up: can this kit be played left handed? Like can I switch the hi hat pad over to the right side etc?
