me and another person were battling it out with 20 secs on the ebay clock....for a cell phone. I won and paid $83, bid started at $31.. Afterward I looked the phone up again, on ebay and I couldn't believe my eyes, the seller had already put a new ad up for the same phone, .99cents starting...
