    What is the best way to cap oil based products? How come cooking oil always seem to

    seep through its cover? Cooking oil usually comes in plastic bottles, i always notice traces of oil on the outer surface of the bottle. Even with the 1 gallon engine oil that I buy, there are traces of oil near its mouth yet the tamper proof seal is intact. Oil based products seem to be so good...
