See, I have the original key, which starts the car, but cant open the car. So i think i need a new key. or else changing the car lock so it can work with my key. someone help.

i know every artist charges different but an estimate is perfectly fine, approximately 10 letters, again, almost extremely thin font. also does it hurt on the wrist? i would think it hurts more than on the back or anywhere else.
