    NCIS usually deals with Naval crimes. But every once and a while they do expand into psychopothy. In "Cover Story" an obsessed fan (with Pervasive Personality Disorder) of Timothy McGee's Book starts killing people who want to harm Mcgee. He confuses the book with reality.
