My washing machine has left yellow / darkish grey marks on the vinyl flooring (should of put a rug down no doubt)! does anyone know what I can use to remove the discolouring from the flooring? Ive already tried vinegar and bicarb soda ....

I had about a couple of inches of paint come off my car just above my numberplate, I have already bought meguire's fine cutting compound, and custom paint from autobarn, The surface doesnt seem smooth do I need to sand it down and then use primer or something? If someone can give me advice on...
