I'll have to ditto that. My E71 and old E61i work great in my basement garage where it seems that all other mobile phones fail. Same with elevators, at least the ones at home at work, never drop a call with my Nokia E-series phones, always impressing/annoying others as I keep on talking...

The SD card should already been inserted in the phone's SD card slot. Like I have been posting, I suggest you take the SD card out first and do a back-up BEFORE you power up your unit... It will come in really handy :)
