I just inherited some comics from my uncle who collected them since he was a boy. One of the comic books is a mint condition Uncanny Xmen #1. How do i find the value of this?

My motorcycle was stolen this morning, and 1 hour later the police found the guys that stole it with my bike in the back of their truck. Now my bike wont start and there has been cosmetic damage done to it. What can i do to get money from them for my repairs?
