Not really, it depends on what you eat. Eating yogurt for exampe, is fine. But eating a huge meal like.. a cheese burger is not okay.

I am wondering how to get level 99 in the Cooking skill. Anyone that already has 99 Cooking please answer too! My Cooking is only level 35.. should I cook Salmon & Trouts all the way to 65, Lobsters to 85, Swordies to 90 and Monkfish to 99? is that good enough for me to get 99? oh and cooking in...
