Can anyone recommend a road bike for under £400 in the UK? looked at giant fcr 4/ raleigh sf 2.0 and a couple others going to look around several bike shops at the weekend i will be going on bike rides and commuting

...giant road bike? i can only get it in these sizes at the price i want it for

i know the giant weighs 22lbs and has 24 speed, aluminium frame and is £360 the raleigh has 18 speeds, carbon fork, aluminium frame and costs £500( i can get for £290)

i looked at the raleigh sf 2.0 in the shop and the guy said it was around about 20lbs, is that light for my first road bike?
