Go to a JPEG photo right now please. R-Click and select "Run As" Select whatever you want running your Jpegs, windows Viewer- etc Also make sure its Checked On "to always Use this Program". Then you'll see that all the Jpeg associations change their Icons and not open in PS. PS wont be saving...
