it pours out transmission fluid out the over fill tube it runs and shift good i don't know what it could be could it be the filter or does it run off of vacuum hoes

your belt is on wrong there should be a diagram on how to put the belt on under the hood the power steering bleeds it self

but when it get warmed up it runs fine but after you drive it awhile you can smell burnt fluid any ideals
