gave only turn it on and off? The screen says welcome to on demand and I can hear the lady talking on that channel but the channels won't change and any command I give it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

We just received the laptop back the other day from a fellow who fixed it and put the windows vista back in it for us. Where's the webcam? I don't see one.
