I was issued a traffic citation today and I have to go to court next week. I read the code that I allegedly violated, and I am definitely not guilty. What happens when I tell the judge? Does she just decide whether or not I'm guilty? I mean, it's kind of my word against that of the issuing...

I don't think it's strange at all, I have very close platonic guy friends. I think you will probably take a lot of heat from it just because of the age difference and all, but if you don't care what other people think then it's not a problem.

I would say if they bring you your drinks and clean your plates, yes. If they don't do anything, no. As a waitress, though, I would rather you stiff me than leave four cents. That's really an a-hole move right there.
