Due to the recent Supreme Court ruling, I have seen quite a number of people confused about whether or not students have the right to bear arms on a school campus. Or are school campuses exempt from the ruling due to the sensitive nature which they pose?

I am aware of how to change hair color to fruity options and such, but when i decided to make a hair color go black, I am uncertain how to proceed as said options are not present in hue and saturation (black and white are not in the color spectrum in the options).
